All the orders made in our online shop will be delivered asap by registered mail and only after we receive the confirmation from the bank (for bank transfers), usually in 2,3 days or confirmation from Paypal (the same day).
The delivery usually takes around 3 days. In case of stock rupture the client will be noticed and will be immediately refunded if it’s his wish.

We can accept return goods, if the client accepts to pay at least the delivery expenses (Usually around 5€), the refund will be done as soon as the merchandise arrives in good condition to SILENTBLOCKS.COM.
